2014 Ruffino Orvieto Classico

Ruffino Orvieto Classico serves as an aperitif or pair it with a wide variety of dishes including crostini topped by roasted tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and garnished with shaved parmesan cheese; Caprese Salad,  lightly grilled vegetables or cold soups such as summer squash purée.
2nd Course
2014 Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio

"Crafted in the Northern Italian region of Alto Adige, this crisp, elegant wine was introduced to the United States in 1979. A true classic, Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio is perfect for entertaining and pairs beautifully with a wide variety of dishes. 2010 Valdisanti Toscana Red
"The 2010 Valdisanti (Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc) is staked tall with bold fruit nuances of dark cherry, blackberry, spice, tobacco and Spanish cedar. Crushed white pepper and grilled herbs also play into the mix. This is a large, extracted wine that glides slowly over the palate, imparting a lingering sense of depth and richness."
