Don't let victims of domestic violence stand alone.
As we informed you about last week, the court advocacy offices run by our member agencies are slated to be closed on Mondays because of severe state budget cuts. We have absorbed these reductions over the last seven years, but can no longer do so.
Three weeks from now will be the FIRST time in the program's 25 YEAR HISTORY that the doors will be CLOSED to victims.
But, it's not too late to stop this from being a permanent loss. You can help us restore funding to these vital, lifesaving resources for victims of domestic violence by calling your legislator today. For your convenience, we've included a three-step guide that includes a link to a look-up tool to find your legislator and sample phone script.
