The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development announced rate changes in the Temporary Disability Benefits Law (also known as State Disability Insurance). These changes affect both fully insured and self-insured Private Plans which duplicate benefit rates of New Jersey's State Plan for Temporary Disability benefits. As a result of these changes, both the maximum weekly benefit and the maximum employee contribution will increase in 2013.
