In the past decade, the shift to a mobile working lifestyle has been nothing short of a global phenomenon. With a large part of the workforce migrating away from the office, one could easily assume that the demise of the desk phone is imminent. However, recent studies have shown that this isn't necessarily true.
According to a worldwide survey by Forrester, seven out of 10 workers still spend four to five days a week assigned to a desk, 88 percent of all phone calls are still made from a desk, and more than half of work-related calls are actually made using a desk phone.
