CCC Technologies Inc. is actively preparing for the move to Windows 10. In an effort to minimize confusion or accidental updates, we are currently trying to block all Windows 10 updates from downloading to customers machines that participate in patch management as part of the ConvergeSecureŽ IT Managed Support with CCC. If you have received the update, please do not install Windows 10.
We are thoroughly reviewing the compatibility for Windows 10 with the Anti-virus software and Windows 10 patching. Also, some software that is used during normal business operation may not be compatible at this time. We strongly suggest that you do not update to Windows 10 at this time.
We will inform you when CCC Technologies Inc. is prepared to go ahead with the upgrade process. We plan on working through the beta tests over the next two months, and should be ready sometime in calendar Q1 of 2016. However, we will not have a final timeline of the upgrade roll-out until results of the beta testing period are reviewed and the platform is compatible with existing environments.
