Join Every Child, Inc for the annual gala featuring live and silent auctions, live entertainment, community awards, and keynote speaker Jamie Dixon, head coach of PITT Men's Basketball. Every Child provides the opportunity for families to be self-sufficient, to build effective and lasting relationships, and to contribute to safe and stable communities. GESTALT INSTITUTE OF CLEVELAND - When A Client Commits Suicide: Effects on the Therapist and Relational Field
Join Girls Coalition member Gina Fitzmartin, MEd, CAC, LPC and Mick Landaiche, PhD, LPC for an experiential workshop that will focus on the therapist's experience of losing a client to suicide, a subject not often talked about and often difficult to talk about. This workshop will provide a safe place to explore what happens to therapists' and counselors' work when a client commits suicide.
