It is with fond sadness that we announce that Ralph Wyman will step down from his position as Executive Director of the Minnesota Unitarian Universalist Social Justice Alliance. The members of the MUUSJA board extend our most sincere thanks to Ralph for his outstanding contributions to the organization and exemplary service as our public face of the organization for the past seven years. Ralph will transition from his leadership role on January 31, 2014.
During Ralph's time as Director/Organizer, and later as Executive Director, MUUSJA has mobilized hundreds of UUs on countless issues, and deepened relationships with Minnesota's UU congregations and many non-profit and community groups. MUUSJA has grown in capacity, effectiveness and reach over these developmental years. He personifies the UU spirit of compassion and commitment to justice.
 Ralph reminds us "I was a MUUSJA volunteer before stepping into staffing, and remain committed to furthering our faithful UU work in this organization I love." We wish him the very best as he pursues his interests in the intersection of responsive philanthropy and social change. We are delighted that Ralph will maintain his deeply-held UU connection to racial justice work with the HIRE-MN coalition. MUUSJA remains committed to advancing UU values in the public sphere. We look forward to serving our members and congregations through the transition and have begun a search process.
