Hippity Hoppity, The Easter Bunny is almost here.While the weather doesn't feel like Spring, Easter is this Sunday. At least we don't have to worry about the chocolate melting. I remember one Easter when the temperature was close to 90 degrees.
The Easter holiday is almost as busy as Christmas at the bakery. We have asked our college kids to come back to help out. They really help make things run smoothly. Please place your orders by Wed. the 27th for Easter pick-up.The bakery will be open until 2p.m. on Easter Sunday. In our last newsletter we included a recipe for bay scallops. If you haven't tried it yet; Good Friday might be a day to try it. Just look in archived newsletters for the March issue.
