Dear Friends,

Did you know that October is bullying prevention awareness month? Although we are approaching the end of the month, youth who are bullied will continue to face this serious issue throughout the year. Big Brothers Big Sisters has created a resource for mentors to help guide their mentee through this issue, but it can also be helpful for parents. To learn about the signs of bullying, myths and facts, tips, ways you can support your Little and more, click here.

We'd also like to share Willa's story below, a Teen Mentor sharing her personal experience and thoughts around this serious issue.

As always, we invite you to visit our News & Events page, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages to keep on top of the latest updates, events, news, and resources.

Until next time, we wish you and yours a safe and Happy Hallowe'en.
