Greetings!

Working towards the Indian Head Weekend Get-aWay Perk? Need Event hours? The NH Home Show has plenty of openings and with the impeding storm, the Farm & Forest Expo has cancellations. Naomi could really use your help if you are available. More information can be found on www.nhgsa.com/gsa.

Invitation to the Granite State Ambassadors

Please join us for a tour of the Historical Society of Cheshire County and our current exhibit, The Power of Water: A History of Water-Powered Mills in the Monadnock Region.

Wed. - Feb. 13, 2013

6- 7 pm

At the Historical Society of Cheshire County

246 Main Street, Keene

Refreshments will be served

Please RSVP to Rick Swanson devdir@hsccnh.org

We hope the tour will help Ambassadors become more familiar with the types of visitor experiences the Historical Society is currently offering.

Following the tour, Ambassadors will be welcome to stay for an Exhibit Program at 7:00 pm by Michelle Hamm on "Making Paper & Power at Monadnock Paper Mills." Michelle is the Manager of Environmental Services at Monadnock Paper Mills, and will talk about the history of the paper mill and how it continues to use water power today in its process of paper making.
