Where: Check in at the Hillview Office and you will be assigned a room.

Volunteer Training sessions: Parent Volunteer Trainings will be held on Monday, January 12 at 3:30 p.m. and Tuesday, January 13 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hillview Office Conference Room. Please consider volunteering even if you cannot make theses training times. Other arrangements to prepare you can be made. 8th Grade Baby Pictures due January 30babypix
In this year's Hillview Yearbook, there will be a baby picture collage where you can submit your child's baby picture to be included with other 8th graders. This service is offered to 8th grade families free of charge to thank you for your support.

In addition, we are continuing to offer optional dedication ads you may purchase for your 8th grader. We are using an online system where you and your child get to personalize everything about the ad. Some parents like to use it to immortalize a message to their child along with a baby picture; others create a timeline using multiple photos of their child through the years.

Please see the attached file for more specific instructions on how to either submit a baby picture for the collage or order/create the dedication ad. Please note that both the dedication ad and the baby picture submissions are due January 30, 2015.

M-A 8th Grade Information Nightmainfo
Please join us in the Hillview PAC on Wednesday, January 28, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. for an overview of M-A's academic, athletic and extracurricular offerings presented by Simone Kennel, Interim Co-Principal, College Advisor Alice Kleeman, and six current M-A students. The evening is a much smaller event than the info night hosted at M-A in the Fall and has an interactive format, with the greater portion of the evening devoted to a Q & A session. M-A students (& Hillview alums) will round out the panel to answer your and your students' questions about life at Menlo-Atherton.

The event is for 8th grade parents and students, but 7th grade families are encouraged to attend. Hope to see you there! Questions? Email Amy Boyle  or call 323-5438.
