Dear Parent/Guardian of a Hillview Seventh Grader,

We are thrilled to welcome your son/daughter to school in just a few short days. But there's a problem! As of Thursday, 178 families had still not returned their confirmation of TDAP immunization. This is a requirement to attend school as a seventh grader.

At Arena Check-In (ACI) on Tuesday beginning at 12:30 p.m. for seventh graders, Hillview will be collecting any outstanding TDAP forms. Please bring your confirmation with you or your seventh grader will NOT BE ABLE TO ATTEND SCHOOL on Thursday, August 22. If you are unsure of whether or not you have submitted your TDAP form, we will be able to confirm for you at ACI. If you know you have not, please ensure you complete the procedure and provide the school a copy of your verification at ACI.
