Separate DHS and DMS competitions.

If planning to attend both the DMS and DHS shows, 

a ticket purchase for each show is required.  


Duluth HS is hosting the Region Basketball Tournament this year!

Monday - Saturday, February 9-14

Cost to get into the game is $6 

Only GHSA passes are accepted for free admission

Shutter Sense & NonSense...


A photography exhibition which offers Gwinnett student photographers a unique opportunity to show their work in a professional venue. This exhibit showcases a wide variety of techniques and perspectives that are taking place in our schools.  

Only the best work is displayed in this JURIED show, and Duluth High School was very well represented: out of 18 photographs that were sent, 17 entries were selected.

 Wrestling - Rodney Jones

First Duluth Wrestler to ever take 1st place at the sectional tournament


Swim & Dive:

Boys 200 Medley Relay- Richard Rettig, Jonathan Yang, Joseph Portillo, Chris McKenney,(11th) NEW SCHOOL RECORD TIME (broke a 17 year old record)

Boys 200 Free Relay- Joseph Portillo, Mitchell McCurry, Chris McKenney, Jonathan Yang (11th), 2nd fastest time in school history

Joseph Portillo- 2nd in the STATE in the 100 Breaststroke, NEW SCHOOL RECORD (breaking his own record from last year), ALL-AMERICAN CONSIDERATION TIME
-4th in the 200 Individual Medley
-Broke the school record in the 50 Freestyle leading off the 200 Free Relay

Jonathan Yang- 3rd in the STATE in the 100 Breaststroke, 2nd Fastest time in School history (just a sophomore too)

Rebecca Erwin- 8th in the 50 free, NEW SCHOOL RECORD (she broke her own record from last year)

Boys scored 104 points and finished 13th, Girls finished 28th (out of 75 teams)...Thanks for all of your support!


The Wildcats earned 2nd place in the Region!!! 
Our guys won an exciting back & forth game against Meadowcreek to gain a 2nd place ranking going into Region Tournament next week. Anthony Showell hit a buzzer winning over-half court shot to win the game last night 63-61! So exciting to see the players and coaches rush off the bench to celebrate!!!

Come and root on the Wildcats & Lady Cats as they host the region tournament here. Girls play Wednesday, February 11 at 6 pm with the boys following afterward.
