Balfour will keep the on-line purchases for Grad Supplies open past the February 21st deadline. However, there is an increase in price on packages & items for orders placed from February 22 - March 23. Orders will only be accepted online at www.gabalfour.comduring this time.
Senior dues are $100. Dues include: tickets to graduation; cap; gown; tassel; stole; diploma; cover; sunglasses; lanyard. Senior dues have nothing to do with Junior dues.
Dues paid by April 1, 2014 - no late fee. Dues may be paid at - www.gabalfour.com or ordered at the school in January.

GCPS officially issued the makeup day for the day lost in January: February 17 is now an official school day, not a holiday for students and teachers.
"Duluth High School is ranked 9th within Georgia. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® course work and exams. The AP® participation rate at Duluth High School is 60 percent. The student body makeup is 51 percent male and 49 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 75 percent. Duluth High School is 1 of 22 high schools in the Gwinnett County Public Schools."

A showcase of middle and high school musicians and vocalists from Duluth benefiting the Duluth Cluster Schools Foundation. The competition is March 30th from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at the Red Cay Theater in Duluth. Tickets are $10 and can be purchase at www.eddieowenpresents.com/tickets/
Applications are due January 31, 2014 and can be downloaded from the Duluth HS Homepage. Completed applications can be turned in at the DHS Main Office or DMS 7th Grade Office.

Congratulations to Erin Hembree - Gwinnett County Girls Diving Champion for 2014. Erin is a member of the DHS Swim and Dive team whose Girls finished the season with a record of 9-3. The Boys team finished the year with a 10-1-1 record. Congratulations go out to both teams and to their coaches - Jim Reason and David Curlette.
