Spring 2014 Project Highlight
This semester, Dr. Allen Greenwood's IE 4773: Systems Simulation I class will be partnering with the North Mississippi Medical Center. The class, pictured above, toured the hospital to gather information regarding the process that patients go through when coming in for a surgical procedure. The class will use this information to create simulations of that same process with changes made to cut down on time between surgeries. The goal of this project is to improve the process for patients so that their trip is more smooth and efficient.
