Covering up by wearing a broad-brimmed hat in combination with your daily recommended SPF 30 by the American Academy of Dermatology will greatly benefit your skin and prevent sun damage. Reapplication every 2-3 hours is also very beneficial when you are outdoors for longer periods of time.
