Dear Runners -
At RunWell, we want you to do just that...run well. We believe in natural running! Natural running involves using the runners natural biomechanics to absorb shock rather than crashing down on a thick cushioned shoe. With all of the shoe technology...why are we still injured as much as ever? Let's take running back! Let's work on our balance and stability and enjoy running the way it was meant to be. Join us for our upcoming Natural Running seminar!

During training, our bodies need food that can be readily converted into energy, foods that will help repair and rebuild muscle tissue, and restore glycogen levels, foods that will fortify vital organs, and not create excess waste that our bodies have to transport and store.
If you're consuming foods that are overly processed, contain excess fat and calories, are over-cooked and lacking vital nutrients, you will feel sluggish during training and may not be able to complete the workout!
Help your body perform for you!
|Recliner to Runner Groups Now Forming
Have you ever wanted to get started on a running program, but have no idea how? Want to lose weight, have more energy, make new friends, combat stress, sleep better, and IMPROVE YOUR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH?
Our Recliner to Runner 5K Training Program may be for you! It's a 10 week program designed for success! We build our base slowly, alternating jogging with walking. Over time, we increase the jogging, decrease the walking and at the end of 10 weeks we run a 5K together!
We meet as a group twice a week. One of our meetings includes a discussion; something related to running. For example: Nutrition, personal safety, injury prevention, form/gait analysis, race preparation, etc.
Want to run faster? Improve your form, gait, balance, efficiency, strength, cadence, oxygen uptake and more through individual coaching with RunWell! Many runners who want to run faster go out and over-stride. This is NOT the way to gain speed! Through the use of drills and exercises, we can improve your stride length and cadence.
Join us for a group run, special event or just stop by to say HELLO and let us know what you are currently training for! We would love to brag on YOU!
