- 105 Las Vegas Road -- Design review for a new 3,004 square foot house and 519 square foot garage to replace the existing house on the property - Approved (4-0)
- 33 Paintbrush Lane (Lot 125 Wilder) -- Design review for a new 4,997 adjusted square foot two-story single-family home, with an elevated deck and a secondary dwelling. - Approved (4-0)
- 1 Wilder Road Code Interpretation- Planning Commission made a recommendation to the City Council regarding:
- The Orinda Municipal Code (OMC) definition of "Congregate care" as it pertains to an application for an "Assisted Living Facility" and
- The development standards applicable to properties in the PS district when property in the PS district does not adjoin a residential or downtown zoning district.
With regard to the definition of Congregate care, the Commission recommends amending the definition of "congregate care" to clarify that kitchens are not required in each unit in a congregate care facility. With regard to the applicable development standards, the Commission concluded that Section 17.9.3 does not clearly provide which development standards apply to 1 Wilder Road because no property in the residential or downtown district adjoins the subject site. The Commission recommends the City process an amendment to the code to clearly specify which development standards apply- Recommendations approved (4-0)
