Our College is becoming a University and with it we'll be embracing the value brought to the health care professions of all of our alumni. Please note the alumni story Making an Impact, highlighting the impact of the work of two of our graduates from the Optometric Tech program. While we're now addressing the needs of alumni who provide all aspects of vision care, soon the Association will be welcoming the future alumni of the School of Physician Assistant Studies. It's a very exciting time!

2013 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year
 Thank you for your submissions. The Selection Committee for the Distinguished Alumnus of the Year is comprised of the prior three recipients of the Award. Dawn Miller, '83 (Chair), Bill Simons, '82, and Phil Smith, '68, have made the selection for 2013 and the recipient will be notified by the end of March. Details to come later.
Alumni Association Board members, Stacey Gin, '06 and Lisa Matsui, '93 are developing a network of alumni interested in providing shadowing sites for prospective SCCO students. They would like to hear from O.D.s around the country. If you are interested, please provide your contact information and address to alumni@scco.edu.
