Acute Care for Elders (ACE) Collaborative Call Closes
CFHI is partnering with the Canadian Frailty Network (previously Technology Evaluation in the Elderly Network, TVN) to deliver a 12-month quality improvement collaborative on elder-friendly strategies based on the Acute Care for Elders (ACE) model from Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto). The call for applications closed Feb. 1 and the formal merit review is currently underway. Successful teams will be announced in the spring. Learn more >>

EXTRA Cohort 12 Call Closes
The call for applications to the EXTRA: Executive Training Program closed Feb. 15. This 14-month fully bilingual improvement fellowship builds the capacity of organizations to achieve and sustain improvement. Selected teams will be announced in April.
