Six W&M Programs Honored with Public Recognition Awards
The William & Mary Athletics Department continued to demonstrate its excellence in the classroom on Wednesday with six programs earning Public Recognition Awards. To earn one of these coveted honors, teams had to rank in the top 10% of their sport nationally in the Academic Progress Rate (APR), which measures a program's success at both graduating athletes and keeping them on a steady path to graduation. Tribe men's basketball, men's golf, men's tennis, women's golf, women's swimming and field hockey were all honored.

Insurance Requirement
William & Mary requires all full-time undergraduate and graduate students and all F-1 & J-1 international students to have adequate health insurance coverage throughout the school year as a condition of enrollment. Every academic year, these students must either elect to enroll or waive the W&M-sponsored Student Insurance Plan to comply with this requirement. To waive out of or to enroll in the sponsored plan, carefully select the link to the appropriate form on the College of William & Mary online insurance student center. W&M's Insurance Student Center will open for submissions on or around 6/1. 2015-2016 Enrollment requests are due by 7/31 and Waiver requests are due by 8/31.
