Regional Alternative Break Works with Warriors in Transition
A Branch Out Regional alternative break trip will bring students from all classes to work alongside soldiers and volunteers at Ft Bragg, NC on a tranquility garden. Participants will contribute to this space which is a "safe haven" for soldiers who are healing from injury and illness, and their caregivers, by building up raised beds and assisting with an Easter egg hunt for children of Soldiers. In the process, they will learn about issues soldiers and veterans face in healing and recovery.
