While most mills raised prices by about $40 per ton over the last few weeks, most indicators are that pricing remains low and flat. There is not much change expected in the short term. How prices will evolve over the next few months is anybody's guess. It will depend on the economy. If businesses start spending and demand increases, look for pricing to go up quickly.
