COACHE Faculty Climate Survey Report Conversations Begin
On October 13, the Provost held the first of many conversations about the COACHE findings, initiating a series of listening sessions that will occur within individual units and across the University in the coming weeks. While the survey results highlight multiple unit-level and University-wide strengths, they also point to areas of concern, including low marks for senior leadership, interdisciplinary work, and faculty appreciation and recognition.

The Provost is seeking suggestions for ways to improve the quality of life, work, and learning at Pacific, and she looks forward to collaborating with faculty to create a meaningful and sustainable plan of action going forward.

Please email the Provost's Office at [email protected] or Berit Gundersen, Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, at [email protected] with your questions, comments or observations about the survey results and/or identification of priorities. Please provide your comments by November 16, 2015. Conversations and comments will be de-identified, summarized and shared with the community December 1, 2015 ...
