Next week marks BASIS Scottsdale's Fall Week of Giving, our bi-annual drive for donations to the Annual Teacher Fund (ATF). The ATF is a critical component in helping the school compensate the teachers for their achievements and hard work in supporting our students. Please consider making a donation during this week. For the year, BASIS Scottsdale hopes to raise $1,500 per student to help close the gap in funding between public district schools and public charter schools. They recognize that some may be able to give more and others less. There is no donation that is too small, and they appreciate any support given to the school, financial or in service.

On Monday your students will receive ATF donation cards to bring home. Please review those and return the card to the school. Alternatively, you can make your donation online anytime - CLICK HERE TO DONATE.

Interested students should meet in the Lower School cafeteria at 4:00pm to hear the explanation of the game. Students will be given a list of facts about the teachers and they will go around the school reading each teacher's biographies (posted on their classroom doors) to match up each teacher with the fact. There will be prizes for the first 3 students to get 100% correct. This event is free.
