For employers who want to retain their foreign workers in eligible occupations, there's never been a better time to apply to the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP). Short processing times in the different categories can help you meet your long-term labour needs.

The AINP is an immigration program operated by the Government of Alberta, in partnership with Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). The AINP helps Alberta employers retain foreign workers who want to become permanent residents of Canada.

If you have a temporary foreign worker who is employed full-time and whom you would like to retain permanently, please visit the Government of Alberta's AINP website for eligibility criteria and information on how to apply.
