Designated Drop-off and Pick-up Zones
We are noticing more and more parents parking along the side of the staff parking lot and Dieppe Avenue to drop off their kids. This is not safe.  A friendly reminder that parents are required to park their cars in the appropriate lots during drop-off and pick-up times. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Need Summer Camp Ideas?
We know how difficult it can be to find a summer camp for your child(ren). There are so many to choose from! We have created a list of summer camps in and around the Calgary area. Clear Water Academy does not run these camps, however, they come very highly recommended. To see a list of summer camps:

Living Our Faith

Virtue of the Month:

Charity

Saint of the Month:

Marie Bernarde "Bernadette" Soubirous born January 7, 1844 was the firstborn daughter of a miller from Lourdes, France, and is venerated as a Christian mystic and Saint in the Catholic Church.

Soubirous is best known for her participation in the Marian apparitions of a "small young lady" who asked for a chapel to be built at the nearby garbage dump of cave-grotto within Massabielle where apparitions are said to have occurred between February 11 and July 16, 1858. She would later receive recognition when the lady who appeared to her identified herself as the Immaculate Conception.

Saint Bernadette died on April 16, 1879 and on December 8, 1933, she was canonized by Pope Pius XI as a Saint of the Roman Catholic Church. Her Feast Day is observed on February 18.

Clear Water Academy is the only school in Alberta to offer Gender Style Learning on a co-ed campus.

Our method of attention to the whole person is further enriched by a gender specific approach to education. From learning styles to very divergent ways of seeing and hearing the world around them, there are fundamental differences between boys and girls.

Clear Water Academy students receive the academic advantages of gender style instruction while still having co-ed social opportunities. Our students in Grades 4 though 9 are taught in gender style classes in a coed school environment.
