Correction on Endorsements

You may have heard that the Interfaith Council of Greater Sacramento is part of a political campaign of the Sacramento Sikh Community to affect the outcome of the Congressional race between Ami Bera and Doug Ose.  This is not the case.

The Interfaith Council did endorse a Congressional Resolution urging the Government of India to end religious persecution, as requested by the Sikh Community last May.  However, it is the policy of the Interfaith Council to not endorse political candidates.
