| Wednesday, November 12 MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID | 
In keeping with our New Social Contract, United Advocates for Children and Families has launched a spirituality and mental health initiative: Faith Share 360°.
We offer a complimentary class on Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)... a national education program that helps the public identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. MHFA is managed, operated, and disseminated by three national authorities: National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare, Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Missouri Department of Mental Health. A certified trainer on staff will teach the class on:

The class will be held in our Hdqtrs Training Center in Sacramento. The class requires a minimum of 10 participants/a maximum of 20. Each will receive a certificate that is recognized by the three agencies listed above.
