Water for Loaves and Fishes - Thanks!
Thanks to everyone who participated in dropping off bottled water at Loaves and Fishes. Those who brought a case or two or twelve accounted for nearly 10,000 individual bottles donated. We are all very grateful for your generosity. Several other large organizations also chipped in with love and respect and water is being stored to help with the homeless. We love donations and resources given for the people and programs to bless their lives.  But humans never exceed five days of life without water - so this season of generosity has richly blessed the situation of hydration and thirst for those who need our help.  Thank you! Truly!!

I would like to invite you to participate in a roundtable discussion on Tuesday, August 26, which will be sponsored by the Central California Intelligence Center, State Threat Assessment Center, and the Sacramento Sheriff's Department.

This discussion will build on our many existing community outreach efforts in coordination with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Justice, Community Oriented Policing Services.
