World Flag Ceremony and Peace Pole Dedication

 

East Lawn of Sacramento's Capitol Park
August 11, 9:30 am - 11:15am


Celebrate unity and diversity and honor our fallen Service Members who dedicate their lives for peace to prevail on Earth.

 

Arrive early to select one of the 193, full-size World Flags which will help to invoke peace to prevail in that respective nation. Assembly Woman, Sharon Quirk-Silva will open this ceremony.

 

Note: This event will be held in Capitol Park's East Lawn.

Sacramento Faith TV (formerly the Religious Coalition for Cable Television - RCCTV) provides faith and values programming from both local and national sources 24 hours a day on Cable Channels 20 (Comcast) and 19 (SureWest) in Sacramento County. The local programming is also available through simulcasting on sacramentofaithtv.org.


"30 Minutes of Faith" show interviews with faith leaders throughout our region and the topics of discussion between Jon Fish and his guests is enlightening and informative.  Please note the following schedule changes: Monday 7am and 7:30pm / Wed. 9pm / Fri. 6pm / Sun. 9pm
