The Xerox Provider Relations department (State of NH's new MMIS vendor) has communicated to participants of the Medicaid to Schools Program that there have been some unexplained adjustment transactions on recent remittances, and that they are working to resolve the issues.  As a result, MSB has not been able to provide the Remittance Advice Summary Reports  that typically accompany the State checks in our mailings.


If your district has been affected, please be assured that MSB is working directly with Provider Relations on your behalf to ensure that these issues are resolved expeditiously.
