Adori is MSB's IEP & Special Education Management system. Adori is a web-based system that provides access to standardized forms and data collection that is vital for special educators. Adori also provides Special Education Administrators, Coordinators, Case Managers and Service Providers with a process that enhances accountability and consistency throughout the district.

MSB is offering the following opportunities for new and existing Adori (aka Case-e) customers:

For new Adori customers:

  • Implement Adori, including editable IEP forms, for the start of the 2013-14 school year at the rate of $10 per special education student, per year for the duration of the agreement
  • Import student demographic data from current special education management system via a data transfer csv file
  • Provide administrative and user training and technical support to all Adori account holders
  • Provide access to many other forms utilized in the special education process

Conditions:
  • District must respond to this message and enter into an agreement with MSB for Adori for the school years including 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16 by April 1st
  • Depending on the changes that a district requests to MSB's standard form sets, the implementation may take longer
  • Implementations and trainings will be prioritized in order of new agreements
  • If a district also concurrently renews a Medicaid agreement with MSB to include the 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 school years, the price for Adori will be reduced by $1.00 per special education student per year

For existing Adori customers:
  • The opportunity to take advantage of the $10 per special education student per year rate for a new agreement that includes the 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16 school years
  • The opportunity to have your IEP forms made "editable" which means case managers and administrators can choose to input information directly onto IEP forms in the format they are familiar with (in time for the 2013-14 school year!)

Conditions:
  • District must respond to this message and renew an agreement with MSB for Adori for the school years including 2013-14, 2014-15, and 2015-16 by April 1st

Please call or email me and I will be happy to discuss these opportunities with you.  We will also be available at our table at the NHASEA conference in Portsmouth Thursday and Friday.
