Happy holidays!
Hope you're enjoying the "warmth" of the season with friends and family.
If you're reading this newsletter, you're probably a go-getter already thinking about new year's resolutions.
But, these promises you make can fade fast as the new year starts. No worries! I've got you:-)
Resolutions can feel hard to keep up when you haven't integrated your learnings from the previous year. By not really reflecting on your 2015, you might set resolutions (or goals) for 2016 that aren't meaningful. And, those goals will feel like you "have to" do them (read: no fun).
In the blog post below, I offer an approach to review your 2015 and then develop an inspiring vision for 2016 that you'll be committed to and excited about pursuing.
Commitment and motivation for your goals?! That usually leads to results. So get ready to welcome 2016 in a fun, new way!
Much Love, Rosie
