Who is Behind Minibarmaster?
Minibarmaster was developed in 2004 by Electronics by Design, an Australian company who have been in operation since 1997. The product has gone through significant improvements over the years based on customer feedback and also taking advantage of the advances in hand held technology. We are delighted to be partnering with them.
So the product has been around for a long time and also goes through continual development and improvement. The staff who developed it also support it so they know it backwards and can develop customised reports etc if needed.

Which PMS will it Integrate with?
Minibarmaster can integrate with Opera. With full integration, direct posting to the guests account happens soon as a room is checked without further intervention.
If you have an alternate PMS please let me know as Minibarmaster may still be the way you can add $12,000 to your bottom line.
