 Not all safes are equal, ours are equipped with the latest Computerised Emergency Unit (CEU). This means in an emergency staff can access the safe AND you have a printable audit trail - now that's peace of mind for you and your guests.

Energy Management - dual sensors, door open/close and movement in the room.
 The system detects if a room is occupied or not.
When unoccupied, it takes control of heating and cooling, it can turn it off or set it to a predetermined temperature nominated by the property.
When occupied, the guest has full control. The system is smart so a "sleeping" guest still has full control of the air conditioning.
