05 RatesRates Alarm.com is a web tool from BenchMeasure. You get live feeds of your competitors' rate information in virtually real time, and your own hotel's uncompetitive or under-yielding rate days are highlighted on the calendar.

 

The tool updates the rates three times a day.

The Housekeeping PM Touch Module from Stark Services Stark no hotel
Solutions is already deployed in many properties across the globe.
By the way, the PM is for Preventative Maintenance.

 

Housekeeping supervisors can go from room to room conducting inspections, recording results, noting anything that requires attention.
