HAPPY JULY!
WE HAVE SOME REALLY AWESOME EVENTS COMING UP! BEACH ZUMBA THURSDAY 7/7 at Kershaw Beach (details here) and JOIN THE CF TEAM HERE FOR COBBLESTONE'S 5K FUNDRAISER 8/11! We will be walking, running, dancing and some rolling! Rumor has it there may even be a few hula hooping....This benefits the disabled in our community through Cobblestone's day programs of art, music and dance. PLEASE JOIN OUR CANANDAIGUA FITNESS TEAM! $20 includes Pre/Post Party at Nolans with ROC Street Band, T-shirt, and snacks after!
