June 21, 2016 Finger Lakes Connected
Apparently these things happen this time of year. A bird fell from its nest in our backyard. Something is wrong with its little legs. The mother bird is bringing him worms and visiting often. I've been told to let nature take its course and not interfere. I just hope a cat doesn't come along before the bird heals. Life is fragile. Enjoy all the moments. We are all watching all of this in wonder. Also, it is the Summer Solstice (longest day of sunlight) plus a full moon tonight! They call this a Strawberry Moon! Same color moon, just named differently for the phenomenon of both events and strawberries are ripest now.  Last one was 1948 and it won't happen again until 2062! And I tell myself, What a Wonderful World...

FAQ's!

How can I reserve a luxury lakefront apartment at Pinnacle North?
It's easy!  Just call 585-362-3631 or stop in to our leasing center located at 30 Lakeshore Drive, and select your apartment.  Complete a simple Holding Fee Agreement, and pay our $199 Holding Fee.  The apartment is now reserved for you!

When will I be able to move in?
We are currently scheduling move-ins for March and April 2017.

Are any of these apartments available to purchase?
At this time, everything we have is for lease only.  Leasing means no maintenance, no property taxes, and more time to enjoy the lake lifestyle!

Aren't all of these apartments REALLY expensive?
No!  We have gorgeous one-bedroom apartments starting at around $1,400 and two-bedroom apartments starting at around $1,800.  These, like all of our apartment homes, are equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, and front loading washer & dryer.

Where will I park?
Every apartment includes a reserved spot in our secure, indoor, first-level parking garage.  Ample additional outdoor parking is available, as well.

How much is the security deposit?
We do not require a security deposit.  We know that moving can be costly, and want to make it less expensive for you to start out in your new home!

Do you have a model apartment I can visit?
We expect to have a model apartment starting in late Summer 2016. Until then, our Leasing Center is outfitted with many of the finishes that you can expect to find in your new apartment, including beautiful flooring, quartz countertops, architectural lighting, and stainless steel appliances!

Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely! We love cats and dogs at Pinnacle North. There are some weight and breed restrictions for dogs - please ask for more details.

What are your HOA/maintenance Fees?
Our award winning 24/7 on-call maintenance service is included at no additional charge! We do it all, from changing the furnace filter to replacing your smoke detector batteries! Again, more time to enjoy the lake lifestyle.

What are your lease terms?
We are currently offering leases that range from 12 to 18 months in length. There are some special incentives for longer leases - ask our Leasing Professionals about these specials!
