December 8, 2015 Finger Lakes Connected ENewsletter
It is so great to be able to stroll Main Street in such sunny, unseasonably warm weather! Happy Hanukkah to those who celebrate the holiday that honors the enduring spirit of people in the face of hardship-no matter how great the odds. When confronted with adversity and challenges, we can overcome any obstacle if we are united. Even when things look bleak, light gives us hope. PS My daughter got the sled she wanted for Hanukkah and she keeps looking up....
Blue Skies,
Donna Bennett

Safety is a prime concern for everyone and Canandaigua The Medicine Shoppe has many products that will help keep our loved ones safe and secure. Consider a transfer bench (this helps one to safely move into and out of the bath). A bath bench with suction cup tips on all 4 legs and makes it safer and more stable to sit inside a bathtub or shower. You can also improve bathroom safety by installing toilet safety rails. Tub bars attach to a wall and provide support while standing in the shower or getting up and down from a bath bench or chair. Grab bars can help with stability while bathing. These get installed inside the tub or shower. If you think you or a loved one needs some assistance in these areas stop into Canandaigua The Medicine Shoppe and let our knowledgeable staff help you enjoy life to the fullest in a safe way.
