July 14, 2015 Canandaigua Connected ENewsletter

I love Canandaigua but what a nice retreat Sackets Harbor, New York is! We just got back from a long weekend there with the CA Boys Lacrosse team and we are still riding high from the excitement. All of our teams played hard and the 6th grade and JV teams ended up making it all the way to the championship and lost (each, by just one goal). Those boys played their hearts out and ALL coaches deserve some kudos, too. This was our third year going up there playing on (historical) fields where the War of 1812 was fought by both army and navy forces, with the barracks right by the fields. I rarely leave Canandaigua, but that is one place I'll gladly return. History, gorgeous lake views, sportsmanship, quaint Main Street, great food, and lacrosse friends and family. Priceless.

**Farmer's Market is now at the summer location in the Mill Street Pavillion.  Every Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm **
