June 23, 2015 Canandaigua Connected ENewsletter

I'm always amazed at how time passes so quickly. You'd think I'd be used to this phenomenon by now. I got this fabulous weather app which tells me PRECISELY when it will rain. As I was describing it to a stranger, he pointed something out to me that kind of hit home. He said he didn't want to know that kind of exact weather information because then if he KNEW it was going to rain, he wouldn't venture out. And, as he correctly stated, a lot of life is about venturing out and seeing what happens - rolling with the punches.  So, maybe we should just do what we were going to do regardless of the weather, and if it rains, we get a bit wet. Hurry up and enjoy June, before it slips away!
