Please welcome Alex to our Canandaigua Fitness team and MARK YOUR CALENDARS for TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10th's FREE HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout at 6:15pm! Alex comes to us with a huge fitness background that you can read about on our website and we're grateful to have her round out our team. So, now we have Zumba, Kettlebell AMPD, HIIT, FitCamp, Yoga, CardioSculpt, Zumba Toning, and Butts & Gutts! Wow! All for just $5 or one punchcard punch when you feel like coming! We still have UNLIMITED CLASSES for $50 but I was a bit late getting this schedule out, so there is always March for that. Speaking of March, Melissa will be adding Red Warrior Saturday mornings at 8:15am so look for the FREE demo class for that on March 7th! Something for everyone!
