December 9, 2014 Canandaigua Connected ENewsletter
I know, I know...this is a crazy time of year. More snow, more shopping, more cold weather, more cookies, more parties, more decorating, etc. But, take time for yourself to do a bit less of the more, more, more thing. Enjoy the moments and have fun. Do something calming for yourself, perhaps? Or for others? Just a thought to break up the monotony of the hectic. Please email me if you have any warm weather gear or food items you'd like to donate to the local homeless. We are collecting until Dec 15th at our Canandaigua Fitness classes but we do pickups, too!
Blue Skies, Donna Bennett

Smokey the cat appears in the calendar and is shown visiting a resident of M.M. Ewing who was receiving end-of-life care and wished to spend time with cats. A limited number of copies are available at the front desk of M.M. Ewing, at 350 Parrish St. in Canandaigua, in return for a $15 donation to the Sharon M. Pepper Wish Upon a Star program.
