May 20, 2014 Canandaigua Connected ENewsletter
Memorial Day is a great holiday. Not only do we remember those who lost their lives for our freedoms, but it is the kickoff to what we hope is a warm and sunny season! The parade (on Mon, May 26) starts at 10am from The American Legion, turns down Buffalo Street and ends at Woodlawn Cemetery. Also, Kershaw Beach is supposed to open this weekend. Please stay tuned though because the water is still quite high from the storms so the opening may be delayed. Check the city website for updates and let the warm weather begin!
Blue skies, Donna Bennett
