With Move-In Weekend right around the corner, our staff is looking forward to connecting with new and returning families. We hope to see many cars on campus with 'Mom' or 'Dad' decals proudly displayed!

As you talk with your student about his/her transition to a new school year, be sure to discuss his/her involvement plans for the upcoming year. It is important for him/her understand the value of getting involved on campus. Suggest to your student that he/she attend the Student Organization Fair Wednesday, Aug. 26 to learn more about the nearly 500 student organizations or campus or visit the Leadership and Service Center website for a complete list of student organizations.

Remember that we are here for you throughout the school year! Please continue to call the Parents Assistance Line at 1-800-868-6752 or send an email to scparents@sc.edu

Grab a pen and mark in your calendar that all university classes will take place on that day as scheduled. We regret the error and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is due at the time the student signs up for the payment plan. Three additional payments will be due over the next three months, resulting in a total of four payments per term. A late fee of $100 will be applied if your payment is not made on time.

You can select a payment plan and make your first payment through Self Service Carolina (SSC). The payment plan covers tuition, housing, meal plans and technology and program fees. Your monthly payment can be paid in person, mailed in to the Bursar's Office, deducted from a checking account or paid online on SSC. The payment plan does not carry over to the next semester. The student will need to enroll in the payment plan each semester.
