WCRW is honored to close out 2013 with keynote speaker, National Committee Woman, Toni Anne Dashiell. Elected National Committeewoman for Texas April 2013, Toni Anne is a leader among leaders, who was awarded the 2009 Ronald Reagan Leadership Award by the National Federation of Republican Women for her distinctive performance as the President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women (TFRW). She is an empowering personality who in 2010, added women from Nigeria and Bosnia to the long list of leaders she has empowered. She traveled to Bosnia and Nigeria on behalf of the Women's Democracy Network to train women seeking public office in campaign management, leadership development, and communication. She Co-Authored "Leading for Freedom: Leadership Skills for Republicans" and does workshops across the nation on the topics addressed in the book.
