Dietary Supplements Have Been Linked to Cancer. Knowing that eating  fruits and vegetables help to minimize cancer
risks, consumers have turned to supplements to help increase the vitamins and minerals associated with our produce. But research is showing that these supplements are problematic and need to be regulated. Dr. Tim Byer, the Director of Cancer Prevention and control at the University of Colorado Cancer Center has noted that these supplements have increased cancer risk, rather than decreasing it. For example, he notes that people who have taken increased amounts of betacarotine have increased risk for lung cancer. Selenium has been associated with skin cancer. Men who take increased vitamin E have increased risk for prostate cancer.Folic Acid, a B vitamin, has shown to raise the risk for colon cancer.
  
Dr. Byer states that other supplements have not shown an increase in cancer risk. In fact, the research has gone as far as to say that taking multi-vitamins is a waste.
  
The uptake? Dr. Byer suggests taking supplements in the amounts at levels based on the recommended daily allowances, if you are unable to achieve that by fruits and vegetables.

Under The Chin Fat "Destroyer"
The FDA just approved "Kybella" an injection that is said to destroy the fat that is under the chin. This is a great thing for those who need a bit of removal of fat. This may not be for all patients, though, if they have loose skin and a loose underlying muscle. The patient has to have tight platysmal bands and hope for great skin retraction.
