 Dumpster Day is an opportunity for residents of Spring Lake Township and Village to get rid of unwanted junk and clean house! Saturday, May 18, 8am to noon DPW Building, 16747 150th Ave. Note: Beginning in 2014, a fee will be imposed for the use of the dumpsters. |
West Spring Lake Rd. Bridge Construction
Construction is progressing on the bridge on West Spring Lake Rd. Bridge work is scheduled to be completed by June 15. Bike path approach construction will begin when the bridge work is completed, and is scheduled to be finished by August 15.

Deer Resistant Gardening
A free informational session with Master Gardener Shane VanOosterhout will be held on Tuesday, April 16, from 7pm to 8pm at Spring Lake District Library. This is the same presentation that Shane will be giving at Frederick Meijer Gardens, but will be held close to home. Come to the library and learn about which plants to choose for your garden.

Electronics Recycling
Spring Lake District Library is sponsoring an electronics recycling event in conjunction with National Library Week. Bring your unwanted electronic equipment to the library, and Comprenew will collect it and either refurbish if for reuse or recycle it. April 16 and 17, noon to 8pm April 18, noon to 3pm |
