Learn CPR for FREE
CPR saves lives! Statistics show that the earlier CPR is initiated, the greater the chances of survival. In fact, the American Heart Association estimates that 100,000 to 200,000 lives of adults and children could be saved each year if CPR were performed early enough.
The Spring Lake Township Fire Department is offering a free CPR class to the public. The American Heart Association Family & Friends CPR program teaches how to perform CPR in adults, children or infants, and how to help an adult, child, or infant who is choking. It is perfect for family members, friends and members of the general community who want to learn CPR but do not need a course completion card. Class will be held at the Spring Lake Township Offices on Saturday, January 26 from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Class size is limited. Call 616-844-0491 to enroll.
